my Wing Zero RG is finally built! i do want to eventually paint it but i’m going to paint a cheaper kit first so i can make sure i know what i’m doing. it does look excellent unpainted, but i’d like to just sort of flatten out the color a little, cover up the nub marks, add some detail colors like in the cheek and skirt vents, change the yellow to metallic gold, replace the camera stickers with clear green. I honestly don’t think I’m going to panel line this one at all because it really doesn’t need it with all the parts separation, and i’m really not a fan of outlining things just because they are there, think it looks cheap.
protip: i’ve seen people say they couldn’t get the classic EW ending pose because the fingers of each hand get in the way when the buster rifles are joined, but you can just take the fingers off of the “holding” hands and stick the guns together and that will let you hold it with both hands and no one will ever be able to tell.
